Product Care
Our garments are crafted from exceptional materials designed to last a lifetime with proper care. Follow these guidelines to ensure the longevity of your pieces.
Cashmere & Knitwear
We recommend hand washing your cashmere in cold water using a specialist cashmere wash or mild baby shampoo. Never wring the garment; gently press out excess water with a towel. Reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Store folded in a breathable cotton bag.
Tailoring & Wool
Wool suits and coats should be dry cleaned only when absolutely necessary (once or twice a season). For regular maintenance, use a natural bristle garment brush to remove dust and dirt, and steam rather than iron to refresh the fibers and remove odors.
Silk
Most of our silk pieces can be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid twisting or wringing. To dry, roll in a towel to extract moisture, then hang in the shade. Iron on a low heat setting while slightly damp.
Leather Accessories
Condition smooth leathers every 3 to 6 months with a high-quality leather balm to prevent drying and cracking. Keep leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. When not in use, stuff bags with tissue paper to retain their shape and store in the provided dust bag.
